With our rapid growth, we are looking for a select few to mentor and bring into our Results Family to teach a leading skill set and knowledge to those who would like to create a successful career in roofing and construction sales industry.
Business development mentorship includes:
- One on one coaching with assigned team lead, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry.
- Multiple team building destination trips, used to grow as a team and individually.
- In house production and media crew to build the foundation of your brand.
- Social media coaching and guidance.
- Relationship cultivation with the top industry leaders in the area.
Required qualities:
- Coachable and unwillingness to settle for mediocrity.
- Self-motivated & stand alone.
- Organized and task oriented.
- Honest and has a high level of integrity.
- Be a problem solver not a problem starter.
- Personable & comfortable initiating conversation with new people.
- Team player with tremendous work ethic.
- Ability to cultivate a positive team culture both in and out of the office.
What we offer:
