Commission Analyst

LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Compensation Analyst. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with data, solving payout discrepancies, and improving the systems and processes behind sales compensation. What You’ll Do Calculate and process sales commissions Maintain compensation records and resolve discrepancies Analyze sales results, quotas, and incentive plan performance Build and maintain dashboards that track compensation outcomes Respond to employee questions regarding commission calculations and plan details Audit compensation data and system outputs for accuracy Partner with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to maintain reliable data flow Identify opportunities to improve commission processes, reporting, and systems Support compensation modeling and scenario analysis during annual planning What We’re Looking For 2 to 4 years of experience Experience supporting commission or incentive compensation programs Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to investigate discrepancies and work with multiple data sources Experience with incentive compensation software is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
