Disclosure Desk Specialist

REV Mortgage is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Disclosure Desk Specialist to join our Operations team. The Disclosure Desk Specialist is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and delivering accurate initial and revised loan disclosures in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, investor, and company requirements. This position plays a critical role in keeping loans moving efficiently from application through closing. The ideal candidate understands the importance of accuracy, urgency, communication, and compliance and thrives in a fast-paced mortgage environment. Review loan files and system data to ensure information is complete and accurate prior to disclosure. Prepare and issue initial Loan Estimates, Closing Disclosures, and other required disclosures within applicable regulatory timelines. Prepare and issue revised disclosures when changes occur throughout the loan process in a timely manner. Review fees, loan terms, property information, borrower information, and other data for accuracy before disclosures are sent. Monitor disclosure deadlines and ensure all required disclosures are delivered within required timeframes. Coordinate with Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, Processors, Underwriters, and Closing staff regarding disclosure requirements and changes. Review loan changes for potential redisclosure requirements and ensure appropriate documentation is provided. Monitor borrower receipt and acknowledgment of disclosures and follow up when necessary. Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance issues and communicate them promptly to the appropriate team member. Maintain knowledge of applicable disclosure requirements, regulatory changes, investor requirements, and REV Mortgage policies. Work closely with the processing and closing teams to ensure accurate and timely handoff of loan files. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications 1+ year of residential mortgage experience preferred. Previous experience with mortgage disclosures, loan processing, closing, or mortgage operations strongly preferred. Working knowledge of TRID and federal mortgage disclosure requirements. Familiarity with Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple loans and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Comfortable working with mortgage loan origination systems and other technology platforms. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive borrower information. High level of accountability and ownership. Preferred Skills Experience with Encompass or another mortgage loan origination system. Familiarity with TRID, RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, and other applicable mortgage regulations. Experience working with high-volume mortgage production teams. Strong understanding of the residential mortgage loan lifecycle.
