Excavator Backhoe Operator

Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced, reliable, and hardworking Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks to support jobs and operations. This role involves knowledge of backhoes, skid steers, and excavators; to include manual labor, use of hand tools, and working in various weather conditions. Responsibilities: Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials Operation of heavy equipment Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads Assist with installation, demolition, or setup as required Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform routine maintenance on equipment Move, lift, carry, and place heavy objects Comply with company safety policies and procedures Be polite and respectful of clients and their homes at all times. Performs other duties as assigned. Flexibility to work overtime, on-call, and weekends, as required. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation Ability to work independently and/or with your crew to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Minimum of 2 years of operational experience Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
