Residents enjoy a resort-like experience with amenities such as a day spa, five-star dining, and a saltwater pool, fostering an active and luxurious lifestyle.A Typical Day as our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator:Operational Leadership and Strategy Execution: Engage in the organization's operational priorities and strategies, ensuring seamless execution of assigned and delegated initiatives.Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and leadership to assigned teams, including involvement in hiring, selection decisions, and managing team performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Exposure to Strategic Initiatives: Participate in high-level meetings and special events that expose you to strategic discussions, planning activities, board interactions, and the expectations of an Executive Director. This includes:Expanded Executive Circle meetingsBoard/Committee meetingsProject TeamsBudget Planning meetings and discussionsLeadership Circle meetings (community-specific as well as quarterly learning sessions)Project leadership opportunitiesCreation of Strategic Tools and Plans: Develop work products, tools, business plans, and other resources that support the development and implementation of WesleyLife programs and services.In summary, our LNHA must be a mission-focused and values-based leader who demonstrates the ability to focus on results. The ability to inspire the team around a shared set of expectations and outcomes as well as excellent communication and people skills are important for this role.
