We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive, Group Sales to join our team. In this role, you will support all facets of revenue for Player 15 Group with a primary focus on the Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

Your Role on the Team

• Proactively generate group ticket revenue across all Player 15 Group properties through outbound sales efforts including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations
• Consistently exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and sales activity minimum standards
• Create tailored experiences and packages for group leaders to drive attendance and engagement
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, networking events, and market research
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while tracking all activity using internal system (e.g., CRM, etc.)
• Provide best-in-class service by managing the planning, communication, and execution of group outings
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, game presentation, and event operations to ensure outstanding group experiences
• Attend games and events to host clients, execute group programs, and drive upsell opportunities
• Support department-wide initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in group ticketing strategy
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Your Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in business, Sports Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of sales experience (ticket sales, B2B, fundraising, or hospitality sales preferred)
