Marketing Coordinator

Casey Auto Group is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join us at our corporate office in Newport News! The Marketing Coordinator assists the marketing department with the creation of marketing and advertising materials, projects and reports, as well as other administrative and clerical tasks. Also serves as an assistant to the Marketing Director. Manages and executes events for the company. Essential Duties: * Creates monthly ads for website and some social media with offers for retail sales * Gets approval for ads from multiple manufacturers making sure that they adhere to state and federal laws for automotive advertising * Communicates with general managers of multiple business units to coordinate and complete tasks assigned * Completes tasks based on deadlines from multiple business units for both consumer marketing, internal marketing and charitable endeavors * Collects all documentation necessary and submits co-op for reimbursement to all manufacturers in a timely manner * Coordinates with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the Video Production Manager when necessary to complete projects. Including but not limited to participating in video off site production and website reviews * Coordinates all activities needed to support Casey Auto Group sponsorships.
