Overview

Lead with purpose in a high impact cardiovascular leadership role at Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital. As the RN Manager of Cardiac Procedural Services, you’ll guide teams across Cath Lab, Cardiology, PICA and the Structural Heart program, improving patient outcomes, driving operational excellence, and shaping the future of cardiac care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

You will join a collaborative and supportive leadership team at Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital, a 57-bed specialty hospital known for its welcoming, supportive environment and focus on delivering exceptional care. Leaders here are hands-on and committed to strengthening communication and workflows, supporting frontline team members, and encouraging professional growth and development. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and patient throughput while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety standards. The clinical experience you bring to this role will support meaningful improvements in patient care, team performance, and the continued growth of cardiac programs.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

• Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required

• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required

• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
