They must also have exceptional written and oral communication abilities. Leadership, initiative, and advanced technical skills are integral.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and automation, and developing and implementing solutions.Performing requirements analysis.Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.Acting as a liaison between developers/software providers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction.Analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards.Performing quality assurance and user acceptance testing.Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.Implementing, integrating, and maintaining information systems.Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.Desired Skills / ExperienceExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsStrong understanding of relational databases, SQLAdvanced data analysis skillsExperience in SSRS, PowerBI, Power Query, Python preferredData warehousing and architectureCloud experience; AWS, Azure, M365Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitiveAbility to work independently and with othersExcellent communication and documentation skillsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or a similar field from an accredited college or university.At least 5 years of applicable work experienceWasatch Global Investors is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
