Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in the Emergency Room setting. This role involves managing acute patients and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes during 12-hour overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent changes promptly.
• Document clinical findings and care plans accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, discharge instructions, and health management.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license.
• Possess current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate prior experience in emergency or acute care nursing.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively during overnight 7p-7:30a shifts.
• Maintain excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
