# Food Service Specialist* Work Location Balsam Lake, WI* Pay $13 - $14 / HOUR**Main Duties & Responsibilities*** Greeting guests with a smile and ensuring all customers feel welcome.* Preparing both hot and cold grab and go food according to recipe specifications.* Cleaning and maintaining a safe food prep environment.* Ringing up merchandise, accepting payments and making correct change.* Stocking shelves and coolers.* Providing minor repairs and maintenance as needed.**Essential Qualities*** Positive Attitude!* Deep desire to help others* Great people skills* Enjoy a fast-paced work environment* Unafraid to take on a challenge* Great problem-solving skills* Solid communication skills* High moral and ethical standards* Good personal hygiene and professional appearance* Able to lift 50 pounds and walk, stand, kneel, crouch for up to 10hrs per day**Benefits*** Flexible Schedule, 401K, 401k Match, Paid Time Off #J-18808-Ljbffr
