ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships and delivering meaningful service to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 13 years working in State Farm corporate, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a customer-first mindset.

I’m a proud parent of two high schoolers, and family plays a big role in both my personal life and how I run the office. We stay very active in the community through involvement with the Chamber, local Uptown events like movie nights, and organizations such as the Animal Rescue League. Giving back and staying connected locally is something we truly value.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Reyna Immerfall - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
