Quick Facts Location: Fresno, CA (9483 North Fort Washington Road) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Perm position (direct hire) Shift: 24-hour shifts (5-6 per month), 7 AM – 7 AM, including weekends and holidays Hours/Week: Approximately 40–48 hours Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Licenses/Certs: Board Certified in OB/GYN; BLS, ACLS, DEA (current) Experience: 1–5 years preferred; delivery experience required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please inquire for competitive salary details during interview) Benefits: Competitive salary package discussed during interview Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid sick time, vacation, and holiday pay Life insurance and retirement plans Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Deliver inpatient obstetrical care in a busy hospital setting with a Level 2 NICU Manage approximately 13-14 patients daily across inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinics Perform an average of 4–5 deliveries per shift, primarily vaginal with 25% C-sections Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Use EPIC electronic medical records for documentation Maintain compliance with facility policies, including COVID-19 vaccination What You Need Active California medical license or license application in progress Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA licenses 1–5 years of relevant clinical experience Delivery experience required Ability to work 24-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays About the Assignment Join a dynamic, supportive hospital environment dedicated to excellence in obstetric care.
