About the Company:

We are an industry-leading provider of turn-key warehouse storage solutions. We are seeking a warm, organized Customer Service Representative to serve as the face and voice of our Santa Fe Springs headquarters.

About the Role:

Sitting at the front desk, you will play a dual role: creating a welcoming environment for visitors/clients and efficiently handling backend order entry. This full-time, fully on-site position is perfect for someone who thrives on building positive relationships and keeping office operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Reception: Warmly greet walk-in clients, vendors, and guests upon arrival; handle incoming phone calls with excellent telephone etiquette.

• Order Processing: Accurately enter, process, and track equipment and material orders utilizing our ERP system.

• Customer Support: Assist clients with order updates, product inquiries, and issue resolution in a friendly, professional manner.

• HR & Event Support: Partner with our HR department to help plan, coordinate, and decorate for internal team events and employee celebrations.

• Administrative Support: Maintain an organized, professional front office and assist with light administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• ERP Experience: Direct experience processing orders through an ERP system is required.

• Customer Service Focus: Background in customer service, receptionist, or front-desk roles with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Organization & Detail: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Personable & Energetic: A naturally friendly, welcoming demeanor and positive attitude.

• On-Site Availability: Reliable ability to work on-site in Santa Fe Springs, M-F, 8 AM–5 PM (no remote work available).

• Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for the company, warmly greeting walk-in customers, clients, and guests while maintaining a welcoming front-office atmosphere.

• Order Processing & Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage customer orders, track inventory, and maintain client accounts using an ERP system.

• Customer & Client Support: Address customer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing timely, accurate information regarding order status, products, and services.

• Administrative & Receptionist Duties: Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate departments, handle daily mail/packages, and maintain front desk organization.

• Culture & Event Support: Collaborate with the HR team to plan, set up, and decorate for internal company events and celebrations.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and management to resolve customer concerns and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
