Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Joan Heintz - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
