Technical Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 – Hybrid Role
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension
Day To Day:
- Will be a part of an agile scrum team
- Jira experience is helpful
- Product team works with a lot of groups. Pulling a lot of different people together
- Need to be aggressive. Cannot wait for work.
Top Skills Needed:
- Strong Business analyst that can write stories
- Ability to plan and prioritize
- Someone who can coordinate a lot of the work
- HR background would be great – a lot of hoops and red tape and someone who isn't familiar with that could get frustrated.
- Large enterprise experience is a must.
- The product owner for the team is really technically strong as an analyst, not great at prioritizing the PO planning part so needs someone who can drive
- Lead analysts are owning features, and having to do the driving
