Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps, both ducted and ductless.
• Support the lead installer.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Always be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to the customer.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in various environments and weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
