Radiology Tech (X-Ray) Certified, Part-Time

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities: * Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort and safety. * Position patients correctly to obtain the most accurate images and minimize radiation exposure. * Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to established protocols and safety standards. * Monitor patients during procedures to ensure their well-being and report any adverse reactions. * Review images to ensure quality and clarity and collaborate with radiologists to obtain additional views if necessary.

• Maintain patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work

environment. * Stay up to date with advances in imaging technology and techniques through continuing education and training. Requirements:

• Associate's degree required.
• Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology

program. * Requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)and licensure by the state regulatory agency as applicable. Compensation:

• $30.00 - $34.50 per hour, depending on education and experience.
