As a Make Ready Technician, you are responsible for ensuring that vacant units are move-in ready and meet Cohen-Esrey's established quality standards by performing technical and mechanical work in a manner that ensures the timely turn of vacant apartment homes. Qualifications 3+ years of Maintenance Experience. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology. Preferred Qualifications Proven 2+ years of light industrial experience Compensation* $17-$18.25 *Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
