As a Dental Ceramist Technician , you will play a vital role in crafting highly aesthetic, custom-made ceramic restorations such as crowns, bridges, and veneers. Your work will directly impact patients by restoring both the function and beauty of their smiles. With at least 3 years of experience under your belt, you’ll bring your expertise to a collaborative and innovative environment where precision and creativity are celebrated.

• Prosthetic Fabrication : Apply and layer multi-layered porcelain or ceramic materials to build natural-looking dental replacements.
• Shade & Texture Matching : Perform precise color characterization, staining, and glazing to ensure restorations blend seamlessly with natural teeth.
• Prescription Interpretation : Review dentist prescriptions, clinical photographs, and digital scans to execute accurate case designs.
• Quality Control : Check centric occlusion, adjust contact points, and ensure margins fit the underlying metal substructure or model.
• Material Management : Work with modern dental materials like Zirconia, E.max (lithium disilicate), and porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM).

We’re seeking someone who brings both technical expertise and artistic talent to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Manual Dexterity : Exceptional eye-hand coordination and the ability to work with small hand tools, brushes, and drills for extended periods.
• Artistic Eye : A strong understanding of color theory, morphology, and dental anatomy.
• Education & Experience : A high school diploma or GED, completion of a dental technology certificate or degree program, and at least 3 years of bench experience.
• Digital Proficiency : Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, 3D printers, and digital dental laboratory workflows is highly preferred.
