How You’ll Make an Impact Develop and distribute internal communications that keep teams informed and inspired. Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media and company websites. Coordinate branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels. Support planning and execution of events, including promotional materials and logistics. Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings with precision. Arrange domestic and international travel for senior leaders. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for key stakeholders. Maintain organized filing systems and track communication metrics. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field. minimum 2 years of experience in administrative supportand/or communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools like Teams and SharePoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Must live commutable distance for onsite role in Raleigh, NC Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
