Under the direction of Resident Services leadership, the RSC acts with agility and creativity to address resident issues to ensure housing stability and create communities of care and connection. The RSC works directly with residents to identify and connect them to critical support and services so they can reach their full potential. This role requires a commitment to trauma-informed care, excellence in customer service, interdepartmental collaboration, and positive resident outcomes.
