What You'll Do Develop and grow new client relationships through business development activities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through candidate placement Source, screen, and recruit top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Negotiate placement fees, employment offers, and service agreements Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent Mentor and train a junior recruiter to support team growth Achieve and exceed individual revenue and placement goals What We're Looking For 5+ years of full-desk agency recruiting experience Proven success generating new business and developing client relationships Existing book of business or established client network strongly preferred Experience recruiting administrative, human resources, operations, accounting, finance, engineering, or other professional-level positions Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple clients, requisitions, and priorities simultaneously Negotiable commission on gross placement revenue 5% bonus on self-generated business Expected On-Target Earnings: $180,000 - $300,000+ annually LinkedIn Recruiter License provided Hybrid work environment Opportunity to help build and grow a high-performing recruiting team Why Join LiveWork Inc.?
