Compensation: $400,000 - $600,000
Our organization is collaborating with a prominent healthcare facility in Cape Girardeau to welcome a PM&R physician to our 245-bed hospital. This health system stands out as a leading provider in the region, delivering extensive services and catering to patients across several states. We are committed to offering exceptional, patient-focused care to the southeast Missouri community and are in search of board-eligible or certified physicians.
Opportunity Highlights- Create your ideal clinic schedule with primarily outpatient duties and minimal inpatient responsibilities.
- Leadership opportunities available, along with support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP) to enhance your practice.
- Significant patient volume available from day one.
- Exceptional earning potential, with the possibility to reach the 90th percentile.
- Base salary of $400,000 for the first two years, in addition to a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
- Contributions towards student loan repayment.
