How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and documentation sessions
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications
- Assess existing risk-related business processes and identify opportunities for strengthening or automation
- Partner with development teams to guide solution delivery and ensure business alignment
- Support all project lifecycle stages including testing, training, and deployment
- Facilitate communication between risk teams and technology groups
- Produce documentation, reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making
- Drive Agile activities, ensuring transparency and delivery consistency
Are you an experienced Risk-Focused Business Analyst ready to make an impact?
You will need:
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services
- Hands-on expertise in Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Enterprise Risk
- Demonstrated experience supporting full project lifecycle initiatives
- Strong background working within Agile project environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, and documentation platforms
- Ability to translate complex risk/business needs into technical requirements
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preferred: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Tableau, regulatory exposure (Basel/CCAR)
