How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead the effort to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

- Support testing efforts, including test case development, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
- Facilitate clear communication between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop reports, documentation, and dashboards that guide decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
- Strong proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation creation, and process mapping.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Visio, Jira, and related BA tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to support testing, training, and implementation activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar analytical/reporting tools.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA .
