Inspire Life, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Mental Health Counselor (AMFT, ASW, CPC-Intern) to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to make a difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health issues. As a remote outpatient mental health counselor, you will provide essential therapeutic services to clients from various backgrounds in a supportive and nurturing environment. You will engage with clients on a full-time basis, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to inform treatment planning and to tailor individual therapeutic approaches based on unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring to provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
\n
• Document therapy sessions meticulously in accordance with clinic protocol, including detailed notes on client progress and treatment updates.
\n
• Participate in weekly supervision meetings with licensed professionals to discuss case consultations, gain insights, and enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate with external providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients, maintaining effective communication and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, encompassing various demographics and presenting mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.

• Current registration in Nevada as an Associate Mental Health Professional (AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern).

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage caseload effectively while adhering to clinic policies and treatment protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is strongly preferred.

• Previous experience working with a variety of mental health diagnoses and implementing effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting, displaying motivation and a proactive approach to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
