Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to inspire hope and resilience in clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ongoing regulatory standards to ensure the highest level of professionalism and ethical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brightside Community Health System offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
