Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Inner Strength Counseling Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

You will work with a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New York State.
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and culturally responsive practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of establishing trust and rapport with clients.
