Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:15 - 23:15)

Description: 5x8 evenings 14:15-23:15 rotating weekends and holidays. 40 hours MRI Tech Float between LM and Westerly Hospital as needed. Cert required (State licenses NOT required). Type of facility - short term acute care Level III trauma center. Total staffed beds - 252. Free Parking. Charting - EPIC. Part of Yale New Haven Health System.

• Skills: Abdomen, Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Brain, Breast, Cervical, Chest, Diffusion (non-brain), Face/soft tissue neck, GE, Gradient Echo Imaging, Image post-processing (Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction), Isolation Precautions/PPE, Lumbar, Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), PACS, Perfusion, Siemens, Thoracic, Epic

Travel Compliance:

• RTO - we can auto approve up to 7 days for auto offers
• If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between sign date and start date, this must be communicated to the AM at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested.
• 2 years required for submission (within specialty submitting to)
• We will still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp
• CT License takes 15-21 business days to issue. Candidate must apply prior to submittal and start date should allot for the license to issue.
• Local candidates NOT accepted. Candidate is considered local if they are within 75 miles of hospital site.
• 1 Reference Required
• Return Staff Policy (must be gone 2 yrs to return as traveler)
• Modules: Modules are non-billable RN: 2 hours Allied: 1 hour Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty
