Temporary Recruiter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Recruiter to support hiring efforts within the dental industry. This role will focus on recruiting for both dental office support positions and dental staff, including Dental Assistants. The ideal candidate has experience managing high-volume recruiting, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to fill positions quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of dental and office-based positions Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles including Dental Assistants, Front Desk Coordinators, Patient Service Representatives, Billing Specialists, and Office Managers Post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding documentation as needed Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism Support recruiting metrics and hiring goals in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, dental, or medical staffing environments Experience recruiting for both administrative and clinical roles preferred Strong sourcing and screening skills Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams High attention to detail and sense of urgency Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
