- Execute design and layout for HVAC, wet/dry piping, exhaust, and process chemical systems to support extensive manufacturing tools in densely packed industrial facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional design teams, equipment owners, and manufacturers to establish design requirements and develop comprehensive utility requirement documents.
- Perform engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and component specification to retrofit existing building infrastructure for new tenant improvements and tool installations.
- Provide on-site support during the construction phase by directly interacting with contractors and clients to assist with RFIs, submittal services, and seamless factory integration.
