Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience in schools or with school-age children preferred
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing interventions, and creating IEPs
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess students’ needs
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual students
• Support the development and maintenance of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student growth and success
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services when necessary
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and advocacy efforts
