Overview Trinity Terrace, Fort Worth's premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required. Attend all team meetings and events. Conduct daily pre-service huddles for all assigned meal periods, to include training and motivational/positive talking points. Ensure all newly hired and transitioned Nutritional Services team members are trained in accordance with a consistent and effective training process/program. Lead by example with regard to food safety and sanitation, maintaining an environment and work area that demonstrates safety and sanitation are paramount. Use MealTracker to prepare menus, tray tickets, tally sheets, production sheets, and other reports needed for meal service.
