Pay Range: $21-$28 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview

This position is listed as a Tenant Services Coordinator (TSC), but the primary responsibilities are concierge-style services and front-desk support in a professional office building. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming experience for tenants, visitors, and vendors while helping maintain smooth daily building operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate offices and destinations.
• Register and scan visitors into the building's access system.
• Assist vendors with check-in procedures and provide relevant instructions.
• Respond to general inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow the building's desk guidebook for procedures, contact information, and daily responsibilities.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front-desk environment.
