Obstructive Sleep Apnea Clinical Manager

LivaNova seeks an experienced clinical manager to lead Field Clinical Specialists in obstructive sleep apnea support. The role combines team leadership, clinical excellence oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive patient outcomes and field execution across clinical sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team of Field Clinical Specialists with focus on training and career growth
- Monitor field performance trends and drive improvements in therapy training and device programming support
- Ensure team compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety protocols including adverse event reporting
- Serve as liaison between field teams and cross-functional partners to translate insights into actionable feedback
- Manage team deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize clinical site coverage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, STEM, life sciences, sleep medicine, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years clinical patient experience with 3+ years in management role
- Background in neuromodulation, bio-engineering, nursing, or sleep medicine
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performance field-based teams
- Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and medical facility credentialing requirements
- RPGST certification preferred
