State Licensed Family Office Executive

Serving as a recognized subject-matter expert, the full-time State Licensed Family Office Executive in Private Risk will manage complex risk portfolios for multi-generational families, providing strategic guidance and bespoke insurance solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Acts as the primary point of contact for family-office clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and managing complex risk portfolios Partners with advisors and internal teams to design holistic risk-management solutions tailored to evolving family-office needs Conducts quarterly client meetings to review coverage, identify emerging risks, and present tailored recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent education and experience 6-8 years of experience in Private Risk or High Net Worth insurance brokerage, with expertise in managing complex family-office accounts Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain required licenses within the first 90 days of employment Advanced industry designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CPRIA, or CAPI) preferred Deep knowledge of multiple lines of coverage beyond HNW personal lines, including property, liability, and specialty risks
