Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting as part of a true full float pool, rotating across multiple campus locations as scheduled
• Adapt to day and night shift rotations (7:00-19:30 and 19:00-7:30) based on scheduling needs
• Float to different campus locations per shift assignment; travelers are notified of their assigned campus at least 2 hours prior to shift start
• Participate in weekend rotation as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-acuity critical care in a fast-paced environment

• Valid California RN License (must be verifiable via Nursys, uploaded within the last 2 weeks)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA or ARC
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum of 4 years of ICU experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates accepted at local rate)

• Experience working in a float pool or multi-campus environment
• Comfort with high-acuity, fast-paced critical care settings across varied patient populations
• Familiarity with e-learning and module-based onboarding processes

• Work across multiple conveniently located campuses with shuttle transport available between sites, offering variety and flexibility in your assignments
• No on-call requirements, with a structured rotating schedule providing predictability in your day-to-day work life
