Marketing Analyst

Lead end-to-end marketing budget planning, forecasting, and investment management across multiple marketing initiatives Develop data-driven investment strategies that maximize business impact while balancing growth, efficiency, and long-term customer value Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to evaluate marketing investment opportunities Conduct audience research and market sizing analyses to inform campaign targeting and investment decisions Analyze marketing performance, customer acquisition, return on investment, and incremental business impact to inform future planning Title: Marketing Analyst Industry: Tech Location: Culver City, CA Duration: 12 months Responsibilities Lead end-to-end marketing budget planning, forecasting, and investment management across multiple marketing initiatives Develop data-driven investment strategies that maximize business impact while balancing growth, efficiency, and long-term customer value Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to evaluate marketing investment opportunities Conduct audience research and market sizing analyses to inform campaign targeting and investment decisions Analyze marketing performance, customer acquisition, return on investment, and incremental business impact to inform future planning Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, marketing operations, business strategy, finance, consulting, analytics, or a related field Experience managing complex marketing budgets, forecasting, and investment planning Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or equivalent analytical tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive stakeholders Skills Marketing Analysis Budget Management Data-Driven Strategies Financial Modeling Cross-Functional Collaboration Performance Optimization Audience Research Market Sizing Strategic Decision Making Operational Workflows Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius. #J-18808-Ljbffr WorkGenius Group
