Shakir Consulting Services, LLC is looking for a full-time Developmental Disabilities Waiver Case Manager based in Ramsey County. This role focuses on coordinating DD Waiver services for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring person-centered, culturally responsive supports. You will conduct assessments, develop service plans, and collaborate with families and providers to advocate for client needs. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and have strong skills in communication, cultural responsiveness, and experience in developmental disabilities services.
