Sr. Analyst, MSC Source-to-Pay

Job Overview The Sr Analyst, Source to Pay (STP) is a key contributor within T-Mobile's Magenta Service Center (MSC), supporting the full STP lifecycle. The role handles complex or specialized processes in sourcing, contracts, procurement, supply chain, invoicing and reconciliations, acting as a resource to analysts and supporting operational excellence. Job Responsibilities Execute specialized STP processes with advanced transactional or analytical work. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the STP process area, working across teams to identify root causes and implement solutions. Provide guidance, mentorship and peer support to analysts. Create or enhance operational dashboards and reports for data‑driven insights and continuous improvement. Drive improvements and standardization through cross‑functional initiatives, system enhancements and automation projects. Support documentation and knowledge sharing by maintaining SOPs and training materials. Collaborate with stakeholders in Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Sales Ops, and IT. Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required). Preferred areas of study: Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Preferred: 2‑4 years of related experience within a financial, shared services or operational setting.
