Medical Billing Call Specialist

Schedule Monday thru Friday, Hours: 8:15am – 4:45pm Ideal Candidate Dependable, reliable, and consistent. Communicates professionally and kindly, even during difficult conversations. Detail-oriented – pays attention to the details in a fast-paced environment. Looking for a long-term position (Preferred). Responsibilities Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Provide patients with information about office policies, procedures, and services. Collect patient payments and verify patient information. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues timely. Remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment. Multitask while answering calls and patient chats. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Follow procedures and policies and report needed changes or patterns. Able to sit for long periods of time while typing and speaking. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional in stressful situations. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable navigating difficult patient conversations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to sit for extended periods while speaking and typing. Previous medical office, billing, call center, or customer service experience preferred. Medical billing experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
