Formulate Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft specialized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and day-to-day activities.

Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside a diverse group of professionals including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.

Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide insights and techniques to patients and caregivers to support sustained progress outside of the therapy room.

Track and Refine Progress: Document clinical outcomes meticulously and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on a path to success.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential is mandatory.
