Accounting Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $33.65 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Complete Accounting Cycle and General Ledger
• SSCS &QuickBooks Integration
• Cash, Bank, Credit Card & Clearing Reconciliations
• Fleet Card & Fuel Vendor Accounting
• AP, AR & Documentation
• Payroll Accounting
• Asset, Expense, Inventory & Department Classification
• Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
• Internal Controls, Audit Readiness & Coordination

Accounting Manager Qualifications:

• 5 years of progressively responsible bookkeeping or accounting experience; AA or BA: PREFERRED
• Strong working knowledge of accrual accounting
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online & MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Experience with SSCS, ADP, fuel accounting, fleet-card settlements, merchant processing and multi-department retail reporting: PREFERRED 
• Ability to multitask and work independently
