Key responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase reach, engagement, and cultural relevance Design AI-driven workflows for community engagement and content production, ensuring brand voice consistency Lead and mentor a small team while collaborating cross-functionally to align social initiatives with business goals Required qualifications Up to 10 years of experience in social strategy, content creation, and community management, with a focus on AI integration Proven track record of successful social activations that drove measurable business outcomes Experience in culture brands with a history of collaborative work across creative and influencer teams Strong analytical skills to connect social performance metrics with growth objectives Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team effectively
