Bartender Position

Founded by Atlanta restaurateur Michael Lennox, Electric Hospitality is the hospitality group that launched, owns, and operates award-winning restaurants Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall, Muchacho, and Golden Eagle, as well as the forthcoming Seabird Oyster Bar, Electric Events, and additional (top secret) businesses and brands. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a flair for crafting unique and delicious cocktails.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional beverage experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, primarily cocktails, wines, and other unique drinks.
• Create innovative drink recipes that enhance the guest experience.
• Provide excellent guest service experiences by engaging with guests, and addressing any inquiries or comments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Toast POS or similar systems.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate beverage offerings for banquets and special events.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Valid certification for serving alcohol

Education and/or Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year experience

Essential Physical Functions:

• Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
• Ability to stand/walk for 6 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data
• Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
• Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.
• Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
