Senior Construction Project Manager As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will serve as an owner’s representative and ensure that your projects adhere to the client’s requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans, managing cross‑functional teams, and coordinating activities within the established project timelines. You will be responsible for understanding and delivering the full scope of Arcadis contracted services across all project phases: planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout. In addition, this position includes managing a team of project professionals. You’ll provide guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight for direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment. Role accountabilities include: Responsible for day‑to‑day management of the planning, engineering, construction, and handover aspects of the assigned projects and all associated deliverables. Coordinating design reviews, design requirements, and approvals between owner, design team, and contractors. Coordinating, scheduling, and reporting activities related to stakeholder management, facility operations, and project communications. Ensuring that all appropriate technical standards are applied during the project implementation. Managing work to follow state, local, and federal requirements. Ensuring all deliverables and constructed work are in conformance with the scope and quality standards set forth in the contract documents. Providing timely, accurate progress reports, cash flow and cost of completion forecasts. Maintaining project files, meeting records and correspondence, and project controls information. Coordinating with internal stakeholders. Reviewing all purchases, procurement, changes and payments on the project. Monitoring contractor adherence to the prime contract. Monitoring contractor adherence to safety standards. Required qualifications include: 10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing and data center project management. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS systems. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Key skills and attributes include: Experience managing large construction projects. Possess industry certifications, e.g., PMP or CCM. Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Critical thinking skills focused on outcomes and solutions. Capability to manage multiple, complex, unique assignments simultaneously. Experience with client‑facing positions with strong client/stakeholder management capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear and concise. Self‑motivated, individually accountable, team‑oriented, and flexible; able to tackle new projects and challenges daily. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $161,000.
