Oklahoma City, Oklahoma HPI Corporate Office (12554) Category Accounting Job ID 92155-147 Status Full-Time/Regular FT Staff Accountant needed Position Summary The Full Time Staff Accountant provides accounting support for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and end-of-month accounting functions, including account reconciliations. This role is eligible to work remotely from home part-time. Essential Functions Ability to understand written and oral instructions and execute them with minimal supervision. Exhibits excellent business math skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Word, 10 Key. Effectively working and cooperating with supervisors, co‑workers, clients and hospital management. Following the directions of supervisors. Refraining from causing or contributing to disruption in the workplace. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned. Functional Accountabilities Include but not limited to Records routine general ledger accounting entries to properly reflect all company financial activity. Codes and posts misc. cash deposits. Reconciles bank accounts and all general ledger balance sheet accounts and timely follows‑up on reconciling items. Prepares PACS Billing. Bills intercompany transactions and billings to external parties for amounts due to company. Assists and backs‑up Accounts Payable Specialist and Senior Accountant as needed. Assists Controller, Chief Accounting Office and CFO in preparing for annual audit. Special accounting projects as assigned. Accountability Reports to: Controller, HPI Supervises: None Qualifications Bachelors Degree.
