Responsibilities:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Conducting cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and social networking.
• Regularly checking in with existing clients to upsell, cross-sell, and drive loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
