Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Recruiter at restor3d serves as a core member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, partnering with hiring managers across the company to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role owns full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles that may span manufacturing and production, R&D and engineering, quality and regulatory, commercial, and corporate functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close. This role will contribute to shaping how we recruit, bringing ideas to the table, supporting process improvements, and taking on projects that strengthen our recruiting function as the company grows.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview plans, and advise them on market conditions and realistic timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines.
• Write compelling job postings and outreach messaging that reflect restor3d’s mission and culture.
• Conduct phone screens and assess candidates for skills, motivation, and fit.
• Guide hiring teams on interview best practices and preparation, helping them run consistent, effective, and candidate-friendly interviews.
• Participate in interviews alongside hiring managers and stakeholders as needed.
• Partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, HR, and hiring managers on offer recommendations, including compensation, start dates, and other offer details.
• Deliver a high-quality, responsive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding handoff.
• Contribute to building and refining recruiting processes, helping create consistency and efficiency across the hiring process.
• Bring forward ideas to improve how we source, assess, and close talent, and help pilot and implement them.
• Help build and strengthen the TA function by contributing ideas and supporting process improvements.
• Maintain accurate, organized records in the ATS to support clean, reportable hiring data.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws (EEO, OFCCP if applicable, state-level requirements) and company policy.
• Organize and attend job fairs, university events, and industry recruiting events as needed.
• Support the broader HR team on talent acquisition and HR initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting in medical device, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated, high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for both hourly/production and technical/professional roles.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of sitting.
• Occasional travel to recruiting events, job fairs, or campus visits.
